We want you to love your bargains. Return most items within 30 days for a full refund.

The 30-day window begins when your Pallet Cleanse shipment arrives at your North American address or is collected from one of our local distribution hubs.

To start a return, send us a clear request including your order number and photos of the item condition.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the item. We credit your original payment method, and we never charge hidden restocking fees for standard returns.

Return Conditions:

To keep our prices low, please ensure your return meets these criteria:

• Bought in 30 days

• Original box

Non-returnable items:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is" clearance deals.

• Unsealed collectibles, blind boxes, or action figures.

• Clothing with removed hygiene liners or missing original tags.

• Electronics that have been modified or damaged after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any merchandise that does not match its original shipped condition.

Shipping Back

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please send items to our main US warehouse:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for electronics and collectibles. We cannot issue refunds without physical receipt of the goods or valid proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the item was a gift, you will receive Pallet Cleanse store credit. Once we verify the return, a digital gift certificate will be sent to your email address.

If the item was not marked as a gift at checkout, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's account.
